Bill is an Organisational Psychologist and founded Prelude in 1991 on the philosophy of helping people understand everyday psychology, the people issues at play, in a practical, non-academic way. He is a Board Advisor to several global organisations where he acts as a sounding board and provides fresh perspectives and support to the Board. Bill is also specialist in Management Due Diligence for Private Equity having undertaken over 230 transactions and the management teams are always keen to hear from Bill post-deal, for him to feed back his views and provide practical advice.

Angharad Jones has a business and HR background, with a Batchelor of Commerce degree, from the University of Birmingham, and she is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a Master’s degree in HR. Angharad has consulted to and designed online systems for many medium sized businesses and well as multinationals. She is a specialist in Management Due Diligence for Private Equity having undertaken over 230 transactions. She says it’s a privilege to meet and work with people who are all successfully growing businesses and ambitious to take them to the next level.

Lee has developed some incredibly complex and interesting assessment sites and careers sites whilst at Prelude and has extensive experience of leading teams and developing applications and websites across a range of industries, including building the National Lotto website, and the website for Ant and Dec! He loves immersing himself in complex, technical and mathematical impossibilities, and then solving them. Lee has a degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University.
